Information we collect

We collect the contact, company, location, product requirement, message and optional reference files that you choose to submit. We may also record the landing page, referrer and UTM campaign values used to reach the form.

How we use it

We use the information to review your request, prepare a response or quotation, discuss samples or specifications, protect the form from abuse and maintain business records related to the enquiry.

Legal and operational handling

Information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers needed to operate the website, hosting, email and business response process. Data may be processed across borders where those services or business operations are located, subject to applicable requirements.

Retention

Enquiry records and files are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, manage the potential or actual business relationship, maintain required records and resolve disputes. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted through the authorized website administration process.

Files and security

Optional business files are stored behind an authenticated administration download route. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Analytics and marketing

Form field values and personal contact details must not be sent to analytics tools. Enquiry consent is not bundled with a marketing subscription.
